About
Soul Alchemy
A sacred space for reflection, intention, and returning to the wholeness of who you are.
What This Deck Holds
Soul Alchemy Affirmation Cards are a companion for your journey home to your whole self. Each of the 48 cards carries a gentle, powerful affirmation designed to help you shift your energy, soften old patterns, and remember the truth of your soul.
The deck is rooted in the understanding that everything vibrates — our thoughts, our words, our emotions, and our beliefs. When we speak an affirmation with intention, we begin to rewire the subtle frequencies we carry and open ourselves to new possibilities.
Whether you draw a single card for the day or a three-card spread for deeper reflection, the cards meet you exactly where you are. You are the source of your own wisdom; the affirmations simply help you remember it.
The Rose Story
The heart of this deck was born from a single rose. One morning, after dropping her son off at school, Luannah found a rose head lying on the ground, no stem, no roots. She brought it home, expecting it to fade. Instead, it bloomed for over a week — alive, radiant, and determined to show her the power of resilience.
The rose you see on the cards is that very rose: the one that thrived even without a stem, without roots, simply because its essence refused to fade. It is not just any rose — it is the rose that refused to die, carrying its own quiet miracle.
That rose became a living symbol: even when our roots feel broken, our essence still knows how to grow. The Soul Alchemy deck carries that same invitation — to choose love, nurture ourselves, and never give up on the beauty of becoming.
The Artwork Behind the Cards
The images you see on the cards are original paintings by Luannah, created in a style she calls Pentimento Frequency Art. Working with alcohol inks, she begins each piece with a word or frequency that wants to be expressed — for this painting, the word is Passion Ignited.
The process is inspired by the work of Masaru Emoto, whose research suggests that words carry energetic imprints that can influence water, consciousness, and the field around us. Just as spoken and written words arrange frequency, each painting is a tuning — a visual frequency painted in a meditative state of surrender to the energy of the word.
The colors and forms emerge from that connection rather than from a plan. The gold and crimson heart on the card back came as a beautiful surprise: Luannah had painted it on the reverse side and only discovered the heart-like shape when she turned the canvas. What appeared felt like a flame, a strand of DNA, and a heart all at once — perfectly matching the word beneath the painting.
This card is the first expression of a twelve-piece Pentimento Frequency Art series. Luannah plans to make the paintings available as meditation cards and larger wall pieces. If a piece speaks to you, reach out through her Linktree to inquire.
Music & Inspiration
The ambient music that plays during your card draws is Innocence Restored, from the album Reunited: The Journey Home by Luannah Victoria Arana.
The song was chosen to hold the same container as the cards: soft, spacious, and gently opening. It is an invitation to slow down, breathe, and allow the affirmation to land more deeply. If the music speaks to you, you can explore Luannah's full catalog of albums, including the music that has accompanied her decades of healing and transformation work.
About Luannah Victoria Arana
Luannah Victoria Arana is a healing facilitator, mentor, and international bestselling author whose work blends modern healing practices with ancient wisdom. Her journey began at 21 with Tarot, pendulum work, and energy healing, practices that have been a cornerstone of her life since 1991.
She is a deep listener to life. For more than three decades she has walked beside people as they rediscover the aliveness that has always existed beneath survival, trauma, loss, and disconnection. Her work is not about becoming someone new — it is about coming home to the self that was never truly lost.
Through her own healing and through accompanying thousands of others, she came to recognize a simple truth: everything in life revolves around relationship. Our relationship with ourselves, our bodies, our thoughts and emotions, our past, our purpose, one another, nature, and life itself. When those relationships fracture, we lose our sense of belonging. Healing begins as they are gently restored.
Rather than treating neuroscience, trauma biology, ancient wisdom, embodiment, nature, and soul as separate paths, Luannah has spent her life discovering how each illuminates the others — different languages describing the same living intelligence. Information can ignite, but transformation asks us to participate: to stay present long enough for insight to become experience, and experience to become the way we live.
Having walked through profound trauma herself — including seasons when despair felt so convincing that life itself seemed impossible — she meets others not from theory, but from lived understanding, deep compassion, and unwavering hope.
As the founder of SoulSpectives Institute for Personal Transformation, she offers mentoring, retreats, courses, and transformative healing programs rooted in nature, Hawaiian shamanic tradition, energy healing, sacred bodywork, sound healing, and trauma recovery — all woven together with the wisdom of the soul.
Whether she is sitting with one person in a private retreat, speaking to an audience, painting, recording music, or simply sharing a conversation, her intention remains the same: to help people come alive — not merely so they can survive, but so they can participate in it fully, to live their best life.
Books, Music & Recognition
Luannah's work has found expression through international bestselling books, including Resilience, Grace and the Art of Showing Up, Cracking the Rich Code — endorsed by Tony Robbins — Pursuit 365 Business Edition, Transforming Pain Into Purpose, and the freely available gift book Come Alive. Her creative work also includes three original healing music albums, contemplative artwork, transformational retreats, mentoring, speaking, podcasts, television, and her morning show, Soulspectives: From Survival to Soul, airing live every Friday at 9:00 AM Pacific on Rhode Island Broadcasting on YouTube. She has been featured through international speaking engagements, global summits, and a special cover feature in Legacy Builders Magazine.
Yet among everything she has created, the moments she treasures most will never appear on a résumé: the quiet moments when someone remembers who they are, when hope returns, when life becomes trustworthy again — when another human being comes alive.
