Refund Policy

Malamapono Hawaiian Healing Hub offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on Soul Alchemy memberships. If the deck isn't right for you, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — monthly or lifetime.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net with the email address you used at checkout, or contact us through the details on our About page and we will help you.

You can cancel your monthly membership at any time from Manage membership inside your sanctuary. Cancelling stops future payments; your access stays open until the end of the month you have already paid for. A 7-day free trial cancelled before it ends is never charged.

Once a refund is issued, member access to the full card library, sanctuary, and journal ends. Refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
