Soul Alchemy Affirmation Cards ("the Service") is provided by Malamapono Hawaiian Healing Hub ("we", "us"). By creating an account or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it; otherwise you confirm you are of legal age in your country.

The Service is a digital affirmation card deck with daily draws, a three-card Trinity spread, a guidebook, and — for members — a private sanctuary for saving draws and keeping a reflection journal. It is offered for personal reflection and wellbeing. It is not medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice, and it is not a substitute for professional care.

Keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account, and for giving us accurate information and keeping it up to date.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service and its content for your own personal, non-commercial reflection, within the plan you have chosen. You may not reverse engineer the Service, resell or redistribute the card artwork or guidebook text, or circumvent technical limits such as the member-only card library.

You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

• use it for anything unlawful;
• commit fraud or send spam;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property;
• interfere with its security — no malware, probing, or scraping.

Your journal entries and saved draws remain yours. You grant us a limited licence to host and process them solely so we can provide the Service back to you.

The card artwork, affirmations, guidebook text, music, branding, and software remain the property of Malamapono Hawaiian Healing Hub and its licensors, including the artist and author Luannah Victoria Arana. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you.

Memberships are offered monthly at $11.99 (with a 7-day free trial) or as a one-time $67 lifetime purchase. Monthly memberships renew automatically each month until cancelled, and cancelling stops future renewals while keeping your access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are handled by our reseller — please see Paddle's Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

We work to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may close your account at any time. When access ends you may ask us for a copy of your journal entries within 30 days, after which your content may be deleted.

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.

You indemnify us against claims arising from your content, unlawful use, or breach of these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, United States, and its courts have jurisdiction. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.
